Gastro Center of Maryland, a GI Group in the Washington DC/Baltimore area, is seeking a part-time/locums Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pathology physician with a focus on GI. The group practice has a fully functional pathology lab onsite and a laboratory manager, team, and two pathologists. The lab is located in Columbia, Maryland.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate should possess a MD, MD/PhD or DO degree and should have board certification in Anatomic Pathology and be licensed in the State of Maryland
- The ideal candidate will possess talent and/or experience in performing diagnostic interpretation of surgical pathology specimens with additional training/interest in gastrointestinal pathology specimens, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
