• The award amounts vary depending on the event and the number of applicants. The goal is to make it easier for Maryland & DC trainees to attend these important conferences and educational events.

• Applications are accepted year-round, but it’s best to submit your application at least two months before your event.
Required Materials
• A completed application form.
• A brief personal statement (250–500 words) explaining how attending the event will contribute to your professional growth.
• Proof of event registration.
• A letter of recommendation from your program director or faculty mentor.
